SALAD WITH BEETROOT AND GOAT CHEESE

 

We prepare for the weekend and how to make ourselves a special meal!

MILZU! rye flakes fit perfectly in breakfast or afternoon snacks served with milk, as well as special zest in other dishes such as salad.
Lettuce, mozzarella cheese, beetroot, seed mixture, basil leaves and #MILZU!ryeflakes . A great combination!

YOGHURT CAKE WITH FRUITS

 

INGREDIENTS:

For the cake base
200g MILZU! sea buckthorn flakes
Handful of kernel-free dates (about 6 pcs)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

For the upper layer
800 ml of a yoghurt of your choice
20 g gelatine
Fruits and berries for decoration.

PREPARATION:

1. Blend all base ingredients into a homogenous, slightly sticky mass. To make it easier, melt the coconut oil first.
2. When ready, take the cake form (22 cm diameter) and lay the baking foil inside. Pour the blended flake mass into the form, fully covering the base.
3. Pour 30 ml of cold water onto gelatine and let rise for 10 min.
4. Melt the risen gelatine in the hot water basin and stir into the yoghurt mass. If using plain yoghurt (without additives), you can add 3 – 4 tablespoons of sweetener – for example, sugar or honey.
5. Pour the prepared yoghurt mass over the flake base, and put it into fridge or freezer for a couple of hours.
6. Decorate the prepared cake with fruits and berries.
